Dr. Neal Appelstein, DMD

Went in today Oct. 19th and it was a great experience from beginning to end. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Dr. Applesteins's assistant was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Applestein was quick and very gentle. The experience was great, if you have to have a root canal, I recommend their office!

I saw Dr. Neil Appelstein for a root canal in June 2021 in the Broomall office. As far as root canals go, it was a great experience. The doctor and staff were professional and friendly. I had never had a root canal before so I was very nervous. To my surprise it was painless! I highly recommend Dr. Appelstein.

I paid $215 to be told he couldn’t do anything to help me. This is the second time that has happened with this doctor. Very disappointing and that’s way too much money for someone to tell you they can’t help you. I won’t be going back.

First off, the office feels like a freezer, I went outside to fill out the required paperwork. I was led to the exam room by the dental assistant who couldn't have been worse. She was no help in placing the metal contraption in my mouth for x-rays and had a very nasty attitude when I explained to her that the piece was in an uncomfortable position. Dr Applestein was a lot more gentle and considerate. You never know what anxieties people have towards dentists. It doesnt hurt to be more pleasant
