Not great. She had not properly polished my fillings. I went to a lot of trouble and expense - took the day off work - to go have her do it. She claimed it was fine after polishing a bit, using dental jargon that meant nothing to me. I was upset and she insisted on having her receptionist, who then said she is an assistant, join her. I was shaking. I was simply trying to get a smooth feel to my fillings. I was very upset when I left, but luckily a local dentist said he will polish as I ask. Note, Dr Jaffri’s primary hygienist Tai (so?) is a doll. I will miss her! I had high hopes for Dr Jaffri, and I know she's a busy mom. She needs to hear patients when they describe a symptom. I felt disrespected. The fillings were fine. I do not have pain.
