Dr. Nathaniel Behrents, DDS

They want your credit card before you see the dentist. He greets you without looking in your eyes-he enters room from behind. The environment is too artificial. Desk help is unfriendly as well as dentist. He never actually looked me in the eye until I turned my head 180degrees to ask him a question.

He is unfriendly man and don’t care about his patience with disabilities. Than he whined like a baby. I will not be going back to him

I went in for my initial visit and was having a good conversation with the receptionist when the lady who handles insurance went off on me because of something I asked about insurance. She was rude, offensive and very determined to tell me what was what even after I walked away. I explained that her behavior was really making me just want to leave. She huffed, “we’ll just see what Dr. Behrent has to say about this” and went to get him for an altercation with me. I just walked away and went home in pain because of this woman’s antics and bad mood, maybe. Could I really have stayed after that? Thanks to her I’ve found a much healthier atmosphere at another dentist’s office.

This was the worst dental visit experience I have ever had. And I have had LOTS! Upon entering Dr Behrents office, the receptionist immediately went over PRICES of procedures the doctor charges. He hadn’t even seen me to assess what needed to be done. Then, when I saw him, I asked about the potential of the infection going to the brain. He affirmed that was a possibility. I then asked what happened then. He simply said “ you die.” No comment. No assurances that was a long way from happening, etc. he certainly had NO chair side manner. He did take some ex-rays. After looking at the ex-rays, he said he couldn’t do the procedure. Those 40 minutes I was in his office cost me $215.00

I highly recommend Dr Behrents!! I feel I received the best care possible!

Excellent experience with Dr. Nate. He is a very focused professional, very efficient. I don't want to listen to any dental person chatting over my head because I want him or her attending to the job in my mouth. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Behrents was able to quickly determine the cause of recent dental pain and offer a solution for follow-up with my referring dentist. I found him very knowledgeable.

My root canal experience with Dr. Behrents was as close to painless as possible. The staff was very nice and the procedure did not seem to take long at all. I recommend Dr. Behrents because of the professional staff and the quality work they do.

Very nice at first. The appointment was on time and that's awesome. Staff was super sweet. But they insisted I put a credit card on file, And it was to cover the balance, if insurance would not. I do understand. But sorry, no one gets my credit card on file. And after the x-rays and consultation. I said let me think about it, but ill probly just have it pulled since it is so bad. At that point Dr just got up and left..... found that kind of odd.

Modern equipment, comfortable environment, the most knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating staff I have experienced in the health or dental industry. Of the three root canals Dr. Behrents has performed on me I fell asleep during two; enough said.
