Dr. Nathan Walls, DDS

Not professionals! I wasn't greeted in any way by any employees. I told them who I was & sat down to wait for my appt. I was called by a dental hygienist to follow her & we went straight to an x-ray machine. After that, I was shown a dental chair. In all that time, there was no greeting by her, nor did she speak or answer any questions I had for her. Once I was in the chair, she literally slapped a dental towel over my chest, and started cleaning my teeth. I got the rudest treatment I have ever had by a hygienist! Naturally, there was no talking. Water was spurted not just in my mouth, but also on my face and shoulders. She also got the toothpaste all under my nose, mouth & chin. When she was done, she dropped a wet towel on me & rubbed from under my nose down to my chin trying to clean me up. When I spoke to the dentist about her actions, he shrugged his shoulders, said my x-rays looked good, and left. I will never give this dentist office a recommendation nor will I ever go back.

Dr. Walls is an excellent dentist. Staff is first class also
