Dr. Nathan Poleck Kirkwood Hwy Dentist service average.Beware of billing practices. You will be billed later for what they say they thought insurance would pay but doesn't. I changed insurance from 2022 to 2023. I was assured that coverage and payment acceptance would be the same, even though the dentist was out of network. Example: in 2022 cleaning was $300. Insurance paid $150 and I wasn't billed for the remainder. In 2023 the fee was $300, insurance paid $150 and I was billed for $150. Insurance company pays reasonable and customary amounts based on the area, not 100% of the dentist's billed amount. Insurance paid exact amount two years in a row, but I was billed for the extra amount in 2023 even though I was assured this would not happen.

Everyone is so kind, thorough and professional. The services I received were the best I've ever had! I didn't know my teeth could look and feel this good! Stress-free from setting the appointments to working with my insurance. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!
