I am disabled and was mistreated by staff. Charged for treatments I did not get. Harassed and intimidated in my home by a staff member who did not like me questioning her. Doctor did not defend me and was more concerned about his practice than my welfare. Has refused to address my written concern by phone or mail. Told me to seek care by hygienists elsewhere. Didn't want to accommodate me apparently. Against the Law of the ADA but I guess he doesn't care.
