I’ve been going to Dr.Ahler since I was a kid and my family has gone to him for YEARS. He does amazing work, very clean, he goes above and beyond every time no matter how big or little the issue is. He explains everything he is going to do and answers any questions you might have. He is very professional and caring. His staff does great and are very kind! The two ladies at the front desk do a great job and welcome you in like family. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Everyone in that office is so caring! Dr. Nate has been wonderful when it comes to bed side manor. He is polite, caring and knows his stuff!! HE makes sure i'm never in any pain during a procedure and he does it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend Dr. Nate for sure!!

I have been a patient at Dr. Nate's clinic since he first came to Helena. He's very professional, informational, personable and competent in all my experiences over the years. I've learned oral health information from him no other dentist had ever taken the time to explain prior. I really appreciate him and all of his staff. The entire clinic staff is great from the front desk, hygienists, doctor and even billing! I feel my dental health is in good hands at Ahler's.

they are scheduled 8 months out. I was late for an appointment in October and they said I could come back in July. The woman at the desk seemed upset at me so I told her I have been there on time most of the time and have waited over 20 minutes to get in. She didn't care. they are just too booked up to service their existing clients.
