I contacted her about a certified letter she sent to me regarding patient doctor interaction and I wanted her to explain this since she wanted to terminate this interaction. I only asked her how long shes been a dentist and may i see my tooth work before and after. She did not respond. In this regard I feel she is unprofessional and need the public to be aware of this.

I can honestly say only good things about this office in general and Dr. Modlin in particular. The staff and doctors (Dr. Salvi and Dr. Modlin) are very polite and attentive. I had my root canal done here and some bridge work as well. All of it was almost painless and professionally done. Dr. Modlin explained a few different options for my treatment and I made the right choice in the end. I am glad I found this office.

At Dr. Modlin's clinic, I felt like they were working only for the money to get advantage of people's insurance. Perhaps, it wasn't their intention but.. either way, it was very unpleasant and I felt like salesmen were selling me stuff. My main concern was that the doctor saw me for maybe THREE OR FIVE mins and she didn't take time to explain or ask questions. She saw the x-ray and told me I have 3 places to fix, including one cavity. However, she didn't take her time to look at my teeth thoroughly. I decided to get a second opinion from a friend who is in this field and also went to see another dentist. At the other dentist clinic, I was told I am doing fine and I don't need anything at this time. The cavity is very small which can be reversed so the dentist told me to continue flossing and brushing my teeth. At this other clinic, I wasn't told to get deep cleaning multiple times either.
