Dr. Natalie Krasnyansky, DDS

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. K over the two years I worked with her. My plastic braces impressions were poorly done, which caused me significant issues for over a year. After much back-and-forth, the impressions had to be redone, though the blame was placed on plastic braces. The office staff, particularly Marina, was unprofessional, often demanding upfront payment and refusing service if there was any outstanding balance. When I needed new trays after falling ill, the communication from Dr. K was dismissive and unhelpful, which left me frustrated. I would not return to this practice. She accused me of missing appointments when I didn't miss any at all.

I worked with her for two years, & it was fine at first but she changed . After she took care of my cavities, we began Invisalign treatment the first set of impressions weren’t done right that I struggled with the trays throughout the entire year-long treatment. she finally took new impressions, and Invisalign sent another year's worth of trays.there shouldn't have been any need for adjustments if it was done right.Invisalign sent 22 trays so they definitely felt my teeth weren’t aligning perfectly Her office staff, especially Marina, is shockingly rude & unprofessional. After we had to cancel a couple of appointments, Dr. K wanted compensation, which we understood due to the short notice. but, when we showed up for the next appointment, Marina rudely demanded payment on the spot and refused to let us see Dr. K I asked for 2 trays while I am deathly ill and she erroneously claimed that I missed appointments which I didn’t and dropped me as a patient because it wasn’t worth her while

Dr. Krasnyansky is a very good Dentist and I would highly recommend her and her staff. I am a nervous patient and I felt totally at ease when she did my dental work. She Very easy to talk to and she explains everything to you. And the Dental work came out great too.

Dr. Krasnyansky took excellent care of my teeth and accommodated my busy schedule. I was able to have my teeth done in a timely manner and they look great.

I would highly recommend Dr. Krasnyansky to my family and friends because I felt like family when I was being treated by Dr. K. . The doctor and her staff took great care of me and my teeth. Dr. K, clearly explained things in layman's terms so I was aware of everything that was being done with my teeth and why. The results were amazing.
