Horrible!
Let me tell y’all my experience: This orthodontist removed my braces back in December. They called me 2 weeks later to say my retainers were ready. Upon insertion of the retainers she seemed irritated and mentioned my teeth had shifted. Not to mention they were very tight and she just shoved them up my mouth without any kind notice that it would hurt. She saw me flinch and didn’t even have the common courtesy of saying “sorry.” Now I did mention that they called in 2 weeks after they were removed and she got very defensive stating they called “SEVERAL TIMES” Of course I was livid! She literally lied to my face to save herself. I truly tried to maintain my composure & I could have bypassed all that but during treatment she had shaved down my front teeth so that they would connect and I wouldn’t have a gap. It is now April and my gap is BIGGER than when I first came in! This lady completely RUINED my smile and that’s something I could NEVER get back. Like ever!!
