Dr. Lam does not care about the health / care of the patient, but only the form of payment. I recently called her about having a dental emergency with an abscess around my tooth and she asked about my insurance situation and i was honest about my MA pending. She told me to come in right away. Upon arriving I find out that she has refused me care (even though on the phone she knew my insurance situation). She didn't even check my emergency. Waste of time, and tears.
