excellent staff and very competent dentist

I visit FMB 2-3 months a winter. I had an abscessed tooth and didn't know where to go for treatment. I called Dr. Bouchard's office and Dr. Bouchard happened to answer the phone that morning. From that moment on I felt like she as well as the staff (Esp. Briana) had been my provider for years. They worked me in the schedule and gave me great treatment and made me feel welcome. They were a God send to me and I thank them all.

I’m a snow bird and had an implant placed while in MI. Made my appointment with Dr. Bouchard to have the implant completed. She had me see a specialist because she didn’t like what she saw. The implant was too deep to be used. Dr. Bouchard took that problem and turned it around so that I could keep my smile. Her and the entire staff are the most caring people. I am always recommending her.

Had an issue on a long holiday weekend. Reached out to Dr Bouchard and she promptly responded. She and Briana opened the office on their off day to take care of my issue. The facility was great and the care was even better. Friendly, thorough, and quick. All visits to the dentist should be this good! Thank you !

Dr. Bouchard doesn't just advertise that Smiles with Care creates a compassionate and welcoming dental experience - she and her team deliver on the promise! I was pleasantly surprised when my nervous apprehension about the dental procedure turned out to be totally unfounded. What a relief! You need have no reluctance to visit the dentist when your dentist is Dr. Bouchard!

I am not the type of to leave reviews for every business that I go to but I feel the need to share my experience w/anyone & everyone I can... Let me start by saying that I have SEVERE dental anxiety, like to the point of having a full blown panic attack, I can’t breathe, shaking, trembling & even anxiety medicine isn’t enough to relax me. Dr. Bouchard & her staff have been the biggest blessing to me! Not only is Nancy a phenomenal dentist she is the most compassionate person I think I have ever met & her staff is phenomenal as well! Dr. B is incredibly gentle, like unbelievably gentle! Everyone knows numbing shots are the worst but she is magic & I didn’t even feel those!! I could go on & on about how thankful I am to have found her & how she has not only changed my smile & gave me my confidence back she has literally changed my life! I never imagined that there would be a day that I looked forward to going to the dentist but I do now & I highly recommend her!

We have been patients for several years. 5 stars! Hands on care by Dr Bouchard. She really cares and has made herself available for emergencies. Office staff pleasant. Every visit has been explained and outcome on the work positive. Highly recommend.

Dr.Bouchard was very responsive to my weekend dental emergency even though I was new to her practice. She tended to my dental needs in a professional and detailed manner and made an appropriate referral for specialized care as well. I highly recommend Dr. Bouchard.

Trying to find a local dentist. The office is close so I contacted them to get a price on two front crowns. The price was over a thousand dollars higher than other quotes. Then charged me $175.00 for the quote. I can go on and on but to keep it stay away

I am the patient that is an arm chair gripper and have extreme anxiety when it is time for the dental appointment! Dr. Bouchard and her staff are extremely patient and professional and I no longer feel that level of anxiety. My last appointment I said "I shouldn't be having this much fun at the dentist!" That speaks volumes of the care that you can expect from Dr. Bouchard!

Dr Bouchard and her entire office staff are great. I needed to get a crown and it was one of the most gentle novocaine applications I've ever received. I was with Brianna and Dr. Nancy and they're both so nice and put me at ease during my dental work.

Moving to FMB and wanted a local dentist. I found Smiles With Care and made an appointment for cleaning and initial exam. I knew what problems I had and told them I did but wasn't specific. The cleaning was I believe with Megan Reid. Hard to tell with all the PPE used for patients safety from crona virus. Appreciated the entire experience in the office in that regard and felt safe. The cleaning was very thorough and my teeth were the cleanest in appearance than I have had with other dentists in the past. I also appreciated this because of my love of coffee and that makes more work. The problems they found I expected and a plan with my estimated cost was prepared and work with Dr Nancy Bouchard will begin in July. I have no doubts about her ability and at this point love the FMB laid back dental office. The front desk staff member Jill Sellers? Was very friendly and personable as was all staff. At this point all is good and I can ride my bike to my appointments when we live at FMB!

The staff Is friendly and happy to answer questions. In fact, all seem happy in general. Dr. Bouchard pays great attention to all details and never seems in a hurry. I was very pleased with their protocol regarding Covid 19.

It was a disappointing experience. Before physically going to my first appointment, I spoke on the phone with Dr. Bouchard. She took my insurance info and some personal info. When I arrived for the appointment, Briana took my insurance card and drivers license. She looked up the insurance info and told me I had great insurance! After my appointment I asked if I owed any money. Again Briana said I had great insurance and owed nothing. But to my dismay, I received a bill for $218 in the mail. Dr. Bouchard is out of network for my insurance! Why wasn't I told? Opportunity presented itself several times for them to tell me but they didn't. I now know that I did not ask the one important question, "are you an in network provider with United healthcare Medicare?". I will know for next time, but it won't be with this dentist!

I found it quite evident that Dr. Bouchard and her staff care about me as a patient. I like the atmosphere in the office. Unlike other dentist offices her office is filled with smiles and happy attitudes. Dr. Bouchard is highly intelligent. She noticed items that other dentists did not see.

Dr. Bouchard is most kind, compassionate, caring, and professional. She listens and is considerate of the patient's concerns and fears. She and her staff are very friendly and positive. All of them really live up to their name "Smiles with Care". Thank you for your wonderful treatment! I

Dr. Nancy Bouchard is professional and supportive no matter what your dental problem. I thought I liked my dentist in Pennsylvania. Since going to Dr. Bouchard at Smiles with Care on Fort Myers Beach, I have all of my dental work done here in Florida. I truly believe she saved my teeth!
