Dr. Namrata Patel, DDS

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the substandard dental care I received at Green Dentistry in San Francisco, California. Despite being charged over 9,000, the treatment provided was incomplete and ultimately caused significant damage to my oral health. When I sought follow-up care to address the issues resulting from their work, the office refused to offer any assistance or remediation. This experience reflects a troubling lack of professionalism, accountability, and patient care, and I would strongly caution others against seeking treatment at this practice.

Dr. Patel and her team provide me with excellent dental care. I have been a patient for a few years; and, I have been impressed with their position of providing me with all options of non invasive procedures, as alternatives, before going with medicine or surgical procedures. David does a great job in cleaning my very sensitive teeth -- I experience no pain; because, he makes certain all the settings to the sonic and laser tools accommodate my sensitive teeth. A very pleasant visit. Cristine, Rae, Melanie, and the rest of the staff provide me with great administrative support to make certain I'm comfortable the moment I walk in for my appointment to the time I'm done with my appointment. Dr. Patel and her team are the absolute best! My teeth feel cleaner post-cleaning than with any other dentist I've seen, and her care goes so far beyond cleaning to include airway health, etc. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I have very sensitive gums and this cleaning was the absolute best! I did ask to have some numbing gel because I get very stressed during my cleanings because of the pain. My cleaning went well and I didn't feel a thing. This was the best and I will definitely do it the same way at my next visit.
