I was referred to Lakes just to find out the Dentist didn’t even know my Dentist!! I filled out the online registration form and was annoyed to find several redundant questions. On my way to the office, Lakes called and asked if I could come early…Three other appointments canceled. I got there as quickly as I could. When I arrived, they asked me to wear a mask! I said, “I’d prefer not too!.” I had to wait an extra twenty minutes while they asked Dr. Naila Farooq if I could come back not masked. I didn’t think it was going to be such a BIG deal. They allowed me not to wear a mask, but the way I was treated from that point on was horrible!!!!! My son and I were already nervous as he had 6 cavities that were supposed to be filled that day. I had prepped him for the visit for days, if not weeks. Told him it might hurt and to be brace. They immediately suggested X-rays. Dr. Farooq is a very caring. My son first came to her practice when he was 3. He was diagnosed with Autism. I asked my pediatrician for a recommendation and she sent me to her. Best referral ever! She knew exactly how to calm him and still take great care of his teeth. I never felt uncomfortable with him there. They are welcoming to all kinds of children.

LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!!!! I am a full time single Father to three young Children. My kids have been seeing Dr. Farooq since my youngest was 3 (9 years). I have never had a better experience with any dental practice in my 47. The office is clean, very nicely decorated and relaxing. The game room is a big favorite of my kids while they wait their turn. The staff has always been pleasant a courteous. Dr. Farooq is incredible with the kids and extremely professional. My kids love Dr. Farooq.
