Worst place you go to. They think only about money then the patient. My friend went there to fixe her teeth and after wasting a lot of money there she got worst result which push her to change the dentist and start all over.

This office does not understand the meaning of "Customer Service". They didn't communicate well nor did they want to help me. On one occasion, the woman at the front desk refused to answer my phone calls and I called ten times. On the eleventh time, I called from a different number and she immediately picked up, only because she didn't recognize the number. On another occasion, I called and asked if they could fax paperwork to me and they refused to do it. Worst service I've ever received.

I feared going to the dentist because of past experiences. Dr Baydoun changed that, he's very gentle and professional. The office staff is courteous. I highly recommend this practice. I told my family and friends to try the difference as well.
