Dr. Myoung Hwang, DDS

I got the implant from Dr. Hwang in Aug' 23 and it was very smooth procedure. I came back to the office in Jan'24 for the crown measurement. It was done by another dentist for the new crown. Two weeks later they called me back to install the crown and it was complete misfit crown. It was so big compared to the gap I have between my two existing teeth. However Dr. Hwang convinced me to install the misfit crown onto the gap of my implant even I told him that the new crown was hurting me due to the pressure it put on my other two neighbor teeth. Two weeks later on Feb' 28 I asked him to remove the misfit crown and grind off the crown so that it can fit onto the space between my two existing teeth. He did not listen to me to grind off the misfit part of the crown, but just took the crown out of my mouth. Two weeks later on March 13, I came back and he wanted to reinstall the same crown on my implant. I refused so he was very upset and thrown his face mask on the ground and walked away.

Dr hwang did 5 implants for my mom. She was so scared and nervous but he made her very comfortable. She keeps saying he's so tall and good looking. Most important, my mom said he knew what he was doing. His office is very clean and high tech. We were very impressed. Staff was very nice, especially Thuy. Mom is so happy she said she can not wait to tell Her church friends.
