Dr. Mustafa Alkhandak, DDS

In the aftermath of numerous visits with Dr. Alkhandak, I reached the conclusion that Mr. Alkhandak is not a dentist. As a matter of fact, he is qualified for a butcher job. Furthermore, he is an unethical, unprofessional, uncivilized, and cruel individual. I'm convinced that his entourage is aware of this fact. Mr. Alkhandak does not consider you as a patient. For him, you are a potential source of making money. He will use every possible and imaginable means to extract the maximum amount of money from you, whatever you have, then he will throw you away like a rag. Please, think twice before getting anywhere close to his clinic, Sofia. I believe he will be bankrupt very soon. I hope some good man will sue him, ban him from practicing, and shut down his despicable business!

Just wanted immediate payment. We had medicaid and offered to pay within a few days. We were surprised and concerned that a medical doc. Can be this way. We had just visited a week prior too. Do not trust him. Will not return. Pray

After dealing with the rudest service from Fredericksburg Pediatric Dentistry be in reference to my 3 year old today, I called Sophia Smiles so upset. The lady that answered told me to bring my baby right over to them and they would fit him in even though he was a new student to them!! Not only did they do just that and fit my baby right in, they filled all 8 of my babies cavities within this same new patient appointment that my baby was fit in to today!! The doctor was amazing and so patient with my scared3 year old baby, in which he did not have to use any gases or anesthesia to fill my bay boy's teeth, just the gel!!! The doctors work was excellent and looks amazing!! The staff and doctor in this office were such a blessing today for my baby and I and I will be forever grateful for what they did today!! I will continue to bring my baby here for many years and I'm going to be switching over to them myself!!!;I can't thank them enough!!! The service was incredible!!
