She's a Great Caring Dentists who Cares for her Patients

From my experiences, DO NOT USE this dentist. They always scheduled my appointments, then call the same day to cancel because the dentist is still in Texas. I have driven to scheduled appointments, to discover doors locked, and office empty. When I called, I was informed they had tried to call me that morning. They made appointments for 1/13 and 1/16 /23. They called to cancel the 1/16 appointment and verify the 1/13 one. Today, 1/13 I called to verify the appointment, but was informed appointment was cancelled, dentist was still in Texas. They did not know why I was not called. Dentist would be in Shreveport, could see me February 9th. Meanwhile, I will have waited about 2 months to get my paid for dentures aligned correctly to be wearable. Disrespectful, uncaring, extremely unprofessional, frustrated, and unconcerned about patient is how they made me feel.

Monika was wonderful to work with to bring a transformation to my teeth. We did it in stages beginning with a careful explanation oh the plan for the health and restoration. The final result was a smile I enjoy seeing in the mirror and in the eyes of others. The office is clean and pleasing. The staff is great. Monika is gentle and patient.

Dr. Kumar is a highly trained professional who also brings a caring attitude that permeates her office. Her artistic skill delivers a pleasing result, the smile that all admire. Lovely person, great dentist.

I called the dentist Monika Kumar over the phone to pull my teeth she told me to come in because someone had cancel it when I got there she asked about my insurance I gave her my Vantage insurance card she called it in for approval it was approved I was standing in the office Monika start lying to me telling me that she was waiting for approval which was a lie I called Vantage insurance company while I was still in the driveway outside after Monika turn me down she is link to Vantage insurance c

She is expensive . Prefers you to use the higher option rather than explaining other options.

Nice office and staff. Very helpful and explained to me before the treatment my options to help me select what is best for me.

She did not explain the procedure that was going to be completed, only ask for $ up front. I paid and THEN found out that I would have to have several visits for the completion of the procedure. I can not tolerate pain and afterwards, she kept insisting that it did not "hurt". I will not go back and am praying she will refund the $ that I gave her up front for the procedure!

I have recurring deep pockets that can require surgery or a specialist to clean. Dr. Kumar is able to clean them with a deep cleaning. She sees me every 4 months. She always takes care of them. She uses a water-cleaning method for regular cleanings: it is very thorough and she provides topical anesthetic.
