Unscrupulous business practice.
I was told that I would have to pay for an extraction myself, even though I had provided my Humana Insurance card which had full coverage for that procedure. This was done while I was sitting in the chair about to have the extraction done. I provided a credit card and signed for it while in the chair ! Upon leaving, I was not provided with a receipt or any documentation of my visit. When I received my credit card statement, I saw that he had also charged me for the exam and x-rays, which were also covered by my insurance, for a total $433.00.
