Emily was immature and rude and made untrue and biased comments to Dr. shapiro and he believed her over his customers I was reluctant to leave a bad review until I seen other reviews about her bad behavior and think its in his best interest to know how his staff treats customer.

I had suffered with TMJ and the pain was there all the time. I had tried other dentists and finding someone to treat TMJ was a dead end. I asked my primary care doctor and he advised me to try Dr Shapiro. He took his time and didn’t push me into anything. He made me a bite plate . The day I got it I was in pain so I put it in when I got in the car. By the time I got home my pain was gone. I sleep with it now . Occasionally when I have pain I pop it in and the pain goes away. It had been over a month now and I am doing great. My advice is if you have TMJ and are about to give up give Dr Shapiro a chance.. Have faith; I did and am pain free. Thank you Doctor Shapiro! Mitch is a perfectionist in regards to dental treatment. He is kind & considerate toward his patients and, in 30 years as a patient of his, I have never been dissatisfied with his work.

Had another cleaning and exam with Glenda and Dr Shapiro. They are the best!!

I am so thankful that I found Dr. Shapiro. I am petrified to go to the dentist due to bad experiences I had in the past. He was extremely professional, caring, down to earth, personable, knowledgeable, reassuring, understanding and honest. I am so thrilled to have found him and to finally get on the path to happiness and knowing what it feels like to smile again. His staff was really fantastic as well! Definitely recommend.

Firstly, the front desk receptionist was friendly. The service was very good. Dr Shapiro definitely knows his dentistry he is excellent makes you feel comfortable by keeping you informed and has expert knowledge. I am very pleased I made the switch to him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for general dentistry or cosmetic dentistry. He makes sure he does only the best for you.

Great visit, needed an unexpected repair which was done quickly and painlessly, even without any numbing medicine!

After moving to the island from upstate Ny I was searching for a dentist when I came across Dr.Shapiro and read all the great reviews and decided to make an apt. From the very first phone call to finishing my last tray of Invisalign Dr. Shapiro and his staff have been nothing but AMAZING not only is Dr. Shapiro a Fantastic dentist but he is just an all around great guy! All he wants is for you to be happy. I hated my teeth since I was a little kid and he made them look exactly how I always wanted them too. He explained step by step and I knew I could go to him with any questions or concerns. I can finally talk to people and not feel like they are always looking at my teeth because of how crooked they were. The staff is beyond amazing everyone is so nice from the second you walk in the door. I would recommend this office to anyone. I can’t wait to continue my dental care with Dr.Shapiro and his team!

Always a great experience no matter what the procedure. Thorough examination and cleaning each and every time. As a diabetic, Dr. Shapiro has help me battle my disease by improving my overall oral health care. Dr. Shapiro and his staff make every effort to provide a safe, clean environment for your dental needs . Dr. Shapiro office has extended hours to accommodate his patients during this time of COVID-19.

I have never met a more compassionate and caring dentist. He truly loves what he does and does the very best job. This is the first dentist I’ve seen in my lifetime (almost 40) that really goes above and beyond! The office is super clean, they run on time and his office staff is amazing! I am so grateful to have found him.

Dr Shapiro immediately impressed me with his obvious love of improving the lives of others through dentistry. He and his staff are on a completely different plane in terms of their attitude of service, care and conscientiousness. I have done some research to find a truly excellent cosmetic dentist, as I have lived for years with the results of work that actually made the original issue worse. Dr. Shapiro is a wonderful dentist! I have always been nervous going to the dentist but he definitely puts you at ease. He is honest and only does what needs to be done or what you want him to do, never any pressure to do anything you aren't comfortable with. Not only do I recommend Dr. Shapiro, but I will be switching my kids over to him.

Excellent service, clean, all COVID precautions enforced, impressed with the extra cleaning and the air treatment service! And great environment for kids, too!
