Dr. Mitchell Paynter, DMD

Dr. Mitch Paynter is a caring Dentist, however, he pushes implants that would cost over $40,000, even when I explained my only income is Social Security, and there was no way I could afford it. I had no choice but to get a partial denture, which I took care of my copay prior to the work being done. He merged his practice with his wife, Julie which resulted in dissention among the office staff. There were issues with my insurance company. I called at least 5 times to assist with my insurance issues, and according to the manager, the receptionist apparently didn't relay my messages to the insurance coordinator so my calls weren't returned. Prior to this, I made several attempts to get copies of the denial letter, and other correspondence, which I was promised, and never received. The end result their failure to return my calls and provide the requested information resulted in denial of my claim.
