Terrible and unprofessional. A family member had an uncomfortable and emergency situation with their teeth and instead of addressing it right away, they made the patient come back 6 days later. They sent patient out without placing a temporary fix which would have been the right thing to do. Instead, patient had to wait 6 days.
Then to make it worst. Even though the replacements were ready ahead of time, they still made the patient wait two more days until they could address it.
Terrible!
