Dr. Miguel Burgess, DDS

Awful. His wife works the front and is very unprofessional. They say that they bill your insurance, 'as a curtesy', even though they are a provider on the plan. I have had them bill the wrong code to the insurance company and then when it was denied, say that you owe that $400 or more bill. They didn't call the insurance company like I did to see what the problem was, they just automatically charged the patient for their mistake. I have also had them charge for services that your insurance covered for free. They have a plug-in that spews toxins into the air and even when politely commented on in their suggestion box, it was still there the next time. There's a reason why they only work 3 days a week while every other office is packed full all week and then some. Avoid at ALL costs!!

Absolutely amazing dentist and office staff. Very kind and understanding of fears and nerves. This dentists office is perfect.

My oldest daughter was away at college in Nashville TN and she began complaining of a tooth ache I call around to see if any local dentist could see her right away. Even though his office was about a 20 min drive from her school campus they setup an appoint for the very next day. I was relieved they took excellent care of my baby girl. She was happy and got a great smile afterward. Thank you, Dr. Burgess and your wonderful staff

My family was looking for a new dentist, because my husband didn't like our former dentist. Dr. Burgess was referred to us by one of his current patients. We all had good experiences with him and his staff.
