Dr. Michelle Petersen, DDS

Dr. Peterson has been my dentist for more than twenty years. I have had excellent care during that time. She and her staff are kind and caring. Scheduling is easy. She practices nearly pain free dentistry.

This was the worst experience. I kept going here for longer than expected because of insurance reasons. As soon as my insurance changed, I went back to my previous dentist. Yesterday, they found that I had an incredible amount of bone loss (never reported by Dr. Petersen). I now have to go through two or more rounds of root planing in order to get back in shape. I expect to see the Dr. when I go for a checkup, and it was a rare occasion, so it's no wonder. Staff here was pretty awful, too.

This office doesn't have the slightest clue how to conduct themselves professionally. I was rescheduled 3 times and then when I finally thought The office would follow through with my 3rd rescheduled; I went to my appointment to find no one in the office. They had been closed all day, seems like it could be a scam! I called, left a voicemail that I would never return and I didn't appreciate my time being waisted.
