Rude, shouts at her staff, no compassion to patient, rough and rushing, didn't even explain how, just after your money. It was the kid's first time with a dentist, kid was crying, she showed no compassion, she told the 'quiet' , kid got scared of her & her tone of voice, instead of calming the kid she continue rushing kid's teeth even if it hurts the kid. Kid traumatized of her. She's rude to her staff. Staff was actually so nice and understanding but her (Dr.Chung) appears to be unprofessional
