Amazing!
Well I have only been to my very first appointment with this office but I was able to make an appointment easily. The office staff was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. The hygienist was knowledgeable and gave me new info on how to take care of my teeth that I had actually never known. The actual dentist was personable and had great bedside manner! I met her in the waiting room and had no idea she was the actual dentist. I'm very serious about my smile and take great care of my teeth. In fact I have all 32. But I'm apprehensive about anyone working in my mouth. Dental care is difficult for me because I don't like the feeling of having work done. But I really like DrColeman-Bennett. I'm so happy I found this office!

I used this office once in 2019 to have regular check ups for my daughters. They had a pleasant experience with the doctors and I had a pleasant experience in the wait room. They came from a pediatric dentist that they loved so I was nervous about trying this new location out but we were happy with our experience.

I am so disappointed by this dentist and office. I tried to use a person of color and it back fired. I scheduled my husband an appointment(previously ) she took him with delight and then sent him to an endodontist that was awful as well. The assistant and the doctor chatted and talked all through out the procedure. Now I scheduled an appointment for my husband at 3 and me at 3:30. He told the doctor and receptionist I'd be a bit behind because I had the children. The receptionist said that was perfectly fine. Long story short I arrive at 4 ( per the discussion with the receptionist) wait for an hour, an hour! Mind you, a patient left approximately 30 minutes into this hour. The dental assistant strolls out and tells me they are ONLY going to take xrays today! They're tired and aren't willing to stay. Lady I'm tired. I have 3 children a husband and a mother to look after. I hurried here. I waited. It's December 30.. .so I asked to speak to the doctor - the doctor did NOT come out of th
