Staff was friendly, easy to make appointments and the Hygienist I saw was gentle and knowledgeable.

Dr. Westcott has been my dentist for many, many years. He is absolutely the best! In customer service, he has always taken the time to explain procedures to me and recommend options if I didn't like something.
I tried changing dentists once but quickly came back to Dr. Westcott!
His honesty is what sets him apart!

I like Dr. Westcott and the staff, but I have not needed any work (fillings, etc.) during the several years I have gone to him. That's a pretty good recommendation I think! The hygienist is great; I've had the same one the last at least 3 years (twice a year).

He is well below average in his skills. He did a minor composite bonding on a chipped tooth,and it is ragged and rough. It is catching on everything and shreds floss. I have no doubt it will break off any day now, and then I will go to a better dentist and get it done properly. Same with my husband - he did a filling for him that is not smooth and is catching everything. My husband has been back 2x, and the guy still can't manage to smooth it out. Only go here if you have no other choice.

Dr Wescott is a fantastic, knowledge dentist. His prior staff before the other dentist that came was great , they were seasoned middle-aged hygienists that were extremely knowledgeable.
Brittany the new hygienist is the only one I recommend to my colleagues.
The front desk,I don't know what happened but they are not friendly AT ALL!.
I will continue to seek Dr Westcott while in practice but once he retires I will look elsewhere.

Dr. Westcott probably has no idea whats going on with WPB billing. He was a pleasure, but billing... Our first visit they gave us a proposed treatment plan & charged $106.00 for the service provided that day. Our insurance has set prices, I looked up the codes to compare. Sure enough, they overcharged us that day $46.00 AND their proposed treatment plan had $1000.00 in overages! They said there contract is 2 years old & they need to get an updated one. Overcharging for 2 years! We wont go back.
