First and foremost, I write approximately 1-2 reviews per year (sometimes if that), Castle Rock Kids’ Dentistry is hands down worthy of a five star review as they provided the best service I’ve ever received in health care! As google search provided a “pediatric dentist in Castle Rock”, I called at 4:02pm to find out if they accepted our dental coverage, explained the pain my 4 year old daughter was having in her tooth and they asked if I could be there by 4:20pm for an immediate “new patient” appointment! Then to top it off, x-rays determined they needed to crown her tooth so some of the office staff, Mr. Joe (the AMAZING dental assistant!), and Dr. Mike stayed late just to ensure my daughter didn’t have to continue having pain! Hands down the best service, patient care, and dentistry professional practice I’ve been too! Thank you all for your attentiveness and care, it did not go unnoticed!

Dr. Townsend is friendly and gentle with our kids. The entire staff is well-trained and making Dentistry a good experience for kids.

Dr. Mike and the entire staff are friendly, professional and very adept at ensuring every child has a great experience. In fact we did recommend Castle Rock Kids to a mom and her child we met at the playground outside the office. Hopefully she will follow through. She and her son will be glad they did. I am a retired dentist and appreciate excellence in my colleagues.

I tried several dentists before, and my children had horrible experiences with them. Then we tried Castle Rock Kid's Dentistry and have been happy since. My children were no longer afraid to visit the dentist. There is a kindness and a smile that greets you. It's not just a job for them. They really care about each individual.

Dr. Townsend and staff are wonderful with our 3 children ages 9, 7 & 5. We have been going here for almost 2 years. The office is kid friendly and my children always look forward to going there. Dr. Mike & staff educate parents in a caring way. Dr. Mike personally left my husband a voicemail to keep him in the loop on a proceedure our child needed. I definitely recommend Dr. Townsend!

Dr Townsend is absolutely wonderful as well as his staff. My daughter has Down syndrome and she needed time to trust and Dr Townsend gave her that trust along with lots of hugs and she finally came around and now cooperated for the staff. We love this dentist he is so good with kids and special needs adults. I don’t know what we would do with out his patience in helping my daughter feel comfortable.

Great staff and dr. Townsend was terrific with my son who doesn't typically like the doctors offices. He sang the ABC's to help distract him from the exam and was thorough and informative. We would highly reccomend him.

I’ve been taking my kids to Castle Rock Kids Dentistry for 3 years. We absolutely adore this place and feel like they’ve become part of our family. They are super friendly and totally professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mike is not only a great doctor, great with the kids, honest and helpful, but he's incredibly kind, courteous, and gives back to the community he serves. One of the best doctors we've ever had hands down! He's relatable and always provides advice that is really in our best interest. He's office staff is patient and kind with the kids, too! I would highly recommend Dr. Mike to any family.

Dr. Mike is amazing with our kiddos; he is patient, kind, & thorough. Our 8 year old had two teeth pulled and Dr. Mike walked her through the procedure beforehand, answering questions & relieving her anxiety. He took our 6 year old & showed him how they make molds, and he was completely kind and not phased when our 4 year old screamed in his face!

Dr. Townsend is amazing with our children. They love going to the dentist which is amazing! Dr. Townsend always takes extra time with them to explain things to them and he makes sure they understand what he is going to do so that they are comfortable!
