From the moment I stepped into Michael J Toole Dentistry, I was impressed by how clean and nice their office is, creating a very welcoming environment right away. But what truly sets this practice apart is its amazing team. Everyone I encountered was not just friendly and helpful, but genuinely attentive. They took the time to listen to me and addressed all of my dental issues with friendly efficiency.Their upbeat attitude was comforting. I was "very" relieved to get him. He doesn't use the dental chair to try and sell me extra things I don't need or try to do work that doesn't need to be done. He comes in, does what he needs to do and he is on to the next patient. His office staff are super nice. When I came to him several years ago, I had another dentist that was trying to get me to have 2 crowns done. He checked my teeth out thoroughly and I had no need for even a filling. I am very adamant about keeping him as my dentist!

I was referred to Dr. Toole by a co-worker. Dr. Toole said I needed a root canal. He did this procedure in 2 appointments. I had never heard of this procedure being a two step procedure. When i went back to get my crown, he was working on my root canal and then I heard a pop in my tooth. He informs me my tooth cracked and he needed to extract it. I had to get my refund for the partial root canal in which the office sent me in circles on, in addition to losing a tooth.Terrible experience!!!
