Friendly Doctor and Staff ,Clean environment. Same day braces ??. Good payment plan options. After putting on braces ?? you are seen every 3 months. If any problems they “Try” to schedule you in as soon as possible. Sometimes they try to say they don’t have anything open on the same day or the next ,but if you insist that your child issue is important they make room for you ??. After getting braces ?? off the staff do drum roll ?? and you get to hit the bong ??. Then you get a bag for ?? wall.

My problem with their office is that the estimate for ortho treatment and the actual contract turned out to be very different. They took our two daughters back and began putting their braces on before contracts were signed and when the contracts were completed we were not given the discounts that were included in our estimates. The told us that this was because we actually ended up having more insurance coverage then originally estimated. Not a honest business policy to say the least.

I recommend Dr. Thurman and his practice 100 percent. As a teen, I had braces a couple times and always had a horrible experience with staff and the care they gave me. Now, as an adult with a child and I needing ortho care, I called his office and was seen within a week of making a complimentary consultation. They set me up with a very affordable payment plan and I received my clear braces that day. Dr. Thurman and his staff are very warming, very professional and a great office for every age!

I went into Dr Thurman's after visiting other Orthodontist in town. I told him that other Dr's had wanted to pull a tooth or two before and that I didn't want to have that done. He said no problem! I have been very happy to see all the results at his office. I never have a long wait time and it is very easy for me to make my payments. :)
