Dr. Michael Terrery, DMD

I called for an appointment because i had a tooth bothering me. Receptionist put my appointment out one month. When i complained she told me to go to urgent care. Exceptionally obnoxious. Have never been treated this callously by any professional office. The hygentists are sweet but dr. Terrery also needs some lessons in dealing with people. Doesn't introduce himself or even look at you. Was going there for four years and will not be going back. Find a different dentist if you are considering this one.

Dr. Terrerys front receptionist is awful. Called to make an appt. For tooth that was troubling me and told me my appt was to be in a month. I've been going there for four years! Dr. Terrery has no people skills, should have left sooner. I was done after this last rudeness and not caring. Told me to go to urgent care. The nerve. Staff does not introduce itself. Don't know their names. Can go on and on. Find a different dentist!

Went to this Dentist one time and never went back again or looked back. He is the most unprofessional I've ever been to in my life! He should be a bill collector in a back room somewhere. He cracked my tooth, after that I was in extreme pain and he offered an appointment in a month. I had to go to the hospital after leaving his office. Do not step foot in that place.

I've been to Dr. Terrery numerous times and have had nothing but positive experiences, from the front desk to the assistants to the Dr. himself. Dr and assistants explain everything patiently and in full as does front desk. No trouble getting through on phone and quick to return calls. No problems with payments or insurance. Just an easy place to deal with all around. Top notch business - wish all businesses were this good!

Let me tell you about this unprofessional office ! I hope the doctor finds out that he will be loosing lots of patients , DO NOT GO HERE! They won’t let you talk to an office manager , they cancelled my appointment without telling me & lied saying my insurance said I can’t be seen there , no wonder they have such bad reviews ! Please save your time & money do not go I also heard they do not clean anything or sanitize a friend of mine got very sick , please STAY away! The receptionist are all rude he should consider new people ! She didn’t even know my right insurance not educated at all

The doctor and the staff are top notch. Everything from a cleaning to root canal was handled perfectly. Dr. Terrery is smart and is a very good dentist. I can't say enough good things.

Great office! Front desk always so helpful with my insurance and answering my questions. Hygienists were both awesome with my kids cleanings!

At a previous visit Dr. T broke my daughters tooth, then stating he was not comfortable doing the root canel and referring her to either and oral surgeon or a endontist. We decided to have the tooth removed since there was no way to save a broken tooth. The office refused to call the oral surgeon to get her in with the oral surgeon asap despite her pain and infection. Yesterday she had an appointment to have another filling. We were scheduled for 4pm and were on route. The Dr office called at @330 to "confirm" we were coming at 4. We "confirmed". We arrived at 350 and in less than 20 minutes my daughter returned in tears stating she needed to find another dentist. Dr. Did not wait for the novocaine to set in and she told him it still hurt, he had his assistants hold her down with fingers jammed in her mouth holding it open while he worked. She has bruised lips and a swollen face. He was in a rush to get her out so he would leave for the day. Lovely office if your into medieval care.

Very professional and kept on time with appointment. Dr. Terrery and staff took time to walk through process for very nervous patient.

I would recommend Terrery Dental to anyone in need of quality dental care. I’ve always had issues with my teeth and never liked going to the dentist. They have always been caring during procedures and respectful of my comfort level. I feel at ease knowing I’m in good hands with Dr. T.

Had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Terrery. He’s done all my dental work for years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Great experience really took his time

Office called and cancelled my husbands appointment. Rescheduled, and cancelled that appointment. Finally got in to see him. Thought nothing of it until 6 months later did the same thing again. As for me, he replaced a crown that did not fit right and he just started grinding away at it so it would not hit the tooth it bit down against. Ended up grinding away too much in the wrong place and now there is a big gap.

I have been seeing Dr. Terrery for almost 20 years. That has to tell you something. He and his team are courteous, helpful and professional. He has always found a way to fit me in when I had any issues with my teeth (i.e. cracked, chipped, filling fell out or a nerve giving me an issue. He has always found a way to save all my teeth, I had any issues with. I look forward to having my teeth clean, always. I respect this man and trust him with my dental health. Keep smiling ??.

Dr. would like to put to your mouth as many crown as possible. Doesn't care about saving your natural teeth. Staff is rude and inattentive. They try to take charge for visit which was totally covered by my insurance.
