Negligence from front administrative staff
I have been going to Dr. Stephen's for about 7 years. I have not had a problem until these past few months. First I want to say this comment is not against Dr. Stephen's but his front desk administrative staff, secondly it is now a concern as I know alot of seniors go to him and who know how many patients have had to pay out of pocket having medical insurance because of the neglect of doing their jobs from administrative staff. I recently changed job positions with a new provider, this happened in January of 2023. As soon as i received my new benefit card I immediately called the office and updated my new information. Fast forward to maybe late May early June I went for my routine cleaning. Everything went well and left a few weeks later my filling that was worked on by Dr. Stephen's fell out. Went back to get it worked on but became skeptical on the cost after they presented the bill so decided to reschedule the work and left. A few days later the front desk admin calls saying the in
