Dr. Michael Scalia, DDS

I recently went for a teeth cleaning and consultation for some dental issues. On the day of my visit, there was an unexpected emergency patient that needed care, so my wait time was longer than normal. The office staff was very attentive and communicative. They checked on me often, gave me frequent updates, brought me water, and shared funny jokes and stories to help pass the time. When my turn came, Dr. Scalia didn't rush. He gave me a thorough exam, took the time to understand my dental concerns, and provided me with several different options. Before I left, his team discussed the general prices for each, so I could make an informed decision about what would be best for me. I have never had a bad experience at Dr. Scalia's office, and how his staff handled my unusually long wait time during this appointment, is a master-class in quality, patient-centered care that I wish more healthcare providers would adopt.

Everyone one at Dr. Scalia’s office is kind, caring and excellent at what they do. I have never had to sit in the office and wait because appointments begin on time. Everyone in this practice inspires confidence. Dr. Scalia takes the time to explain each procedure before he begins, which I appreciate. He is a highly skilled dentist. Dr. Scalia gave me hope again. The best dentist I’ve ever been to in my 61 years. He is gentle, caring and works with you in every area. I’ve had extensive work done by him ( literally had to rebuild my entire mouth) and there simply are no words to describe his knowledge, his heart and his soul. He explains everything to you and alleviates any fears you may have. It’s actually been a pleasure to go to the dentist! True! And His staff are beyond amazing. Thank you Dr. Scalia & God bless you!

I am one of those people who never liked going to the dentist, that is until I saw Dr. Scalia. I had a lot of problems and had to have extensive work done. Dr. Scalia is a profectionist and may I add pain free. He knew I was afraid of pain and he worked very hard to make sure I did not suffer any. I had to have a full denture on the upper and a bridge on the lower. I can't tell you how pleased I am with his work.

It has been a wonderful experience working with Dr. Scalia and his team during the process of getting dentures. I was very worried and anxious about getting dentures, however, Dr. Scalia's professionalism and kindness helped to relieve some of the stress. He has made me feel comfortable since the first day of walking into his office and I can't thank him enough for that. I would recommend Dr. Scalia to anyone looking for prosthodontic care.
