Poor Customer Service
While Dr Robinson is a good dentist and very personable, his staff is rude and inflexible. If you are literally 2 minutes past your appmt time, expect a series of demanding phone calls. They will automatically cancel your appointment even if you are 5 to 7 minutes away. That's absolutely not acceptable customer service.

This man has changed my life with his GENEROSITY!! I thank God every day for putting him in my life!! He has gave me a second chance at life with his kindness of fixing my mouth,he brought me in his dentistry not knowing me and offer to fix my mouth!! This was a act of kindness that I will never forget in my life! I would advise anyone who wants a DENTIST who cares and believes in his work this is your man you will not be disappointed in his work!! He is determined to get the job done!!! Thanks

Dr Robinson is great. His front office staff is poor. The front office staff is the reason for 3 stars. Dr Robinson himself deserves 5 stars. Maybe one day they will replace the front office staff and then I can give the office 5 stars
