Dr. Michael Pichardo, DDS

Last Tuesday, I visited Doctor Pichardo for a root canal, and I must say he did an outstanding job. His bedside manner was remarkable. Throughout the procedure, he checked on me frequently to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain, and he was incredibly kind. I highly recommend this practice and Doctor Picardo to anyone in need of a root canal. It was undoubtedly the best experience I've ever had.

I have major dental anxiety and Dr. Pichardo well surpassed my expectations with getting my first root canal ever. He took exceptional care of me and made sure to make it a painless experience. He has some of the best bedside manner and cares about you as a patient. It was a great experience for something I was dreading. Cant recommend him enough!

Dr. Pichardo was great - he's a painless dentist. I had two root canals at the same time. Highly recommend him. However, I must note that the receptionist was not wearing a mask when I went in and told me that she did not have to because I was wearing one. I couldn't believe it. When i told her I was uncomfortable with her not wearing one, she put one on. I was shocked that someone in a doctor's office was not wearing a mask and would say it was not necessary. I did not speak to Dr. Pichardo about it.

I recently had my fourth dental surgery experience with Solis Endodontics of Gainesville, VA, the practice led by Dr. Michael R. Pichardo DDS. Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but when you must do so you want the best. Solis has modern, first class facilities and equipment. Their medical and business professionals are the best, are highly trained in their professions, and have a patient-first orientation that puts one at ease. This practice is well organized, well staffed, well qualified, and well equipped and has been highly successful in meeting my dental needs.

Dr. Pichardo and his staff are excellent. They saw me on the same day and I was able to get my root canal done at that time. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pichardo is a master at what he does! He listens well, has a gentle touch, and made sure pain was at a minimum while being efficient at completing the process. Highly recommended!! Would recommend to anyone who needs a root canal! The staff is excellent and caring as well. The entire experience was very positive.

I called for an emergency root canal and from the first contact to the visit completion, the entire staff and Dr. Pichardo were excellent. Friendly, efficient and caring. Would definitely recommend them.

I had severe pain in my tooth and jaw that 2 different dentists couldn't figure out. They fit me in the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem on the first visit.

Its was worry free and I felt well taken care of. My option was explain to me and the treatment was painless and quick. Dr. Pichardo and staff where very kind and attentive especially since I'm on my third trimester. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal.

Zero stars! Do NOT use this doctor. He performed a root canal on the wrong tooth when my son was referred there by his dentist. That required my son to get a second root canal which caused us to hit our maximum insurance coverage for the year. Dr. Pichardo and his office manager refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. My son now needs an additional crown but has no insurance coverage until January. He is at risk of infection until then and as such they are risking my sons healt

I have always had a "PHOBIA" of Dentists, This was the most easy going visit to a Dentists office that I have ever had. I will tell others people to go see this practice.

I have been a "dental coward!" I neglected needed dental work for years and for fear of a bad experience. I decided to get much needed work done ... and one of the necessary procedures was a "root canal!" Geew, of all things, well my experience was great! Can you believe it? A root canal, great! Well my Endodontics, Dr. Michael Pichardo, was the best! I was so shocked how quick, simple, painless (pinch of needle), but it was my best "serious procedure ever! I highly recommend Dr.Michael!
