Terrible
After being a patient of Town Dental for 20 years and being in active treatment for a crown replacement, Town Dental removed me from the practice for not having a cleaning for 3 years. This was done without warning, with no advisement to get a cleaning or face removal, and with a disruption to my active treatment. I was shocked to say the least. When I called and emailed for an explanation, I was ignored by Dr. Piazza.

My experience was a disaster. The doctor was rude, sarcastic, arrogant and a bragger. He said he has 10,000 patients. He now has 9,999 excluding me.He has been in the field for 16 years an

I ended my long-term association with this practice today when Dr. Piazza rudely, sarcastically, and aggressively denied my request that treatment staff double-mask for my protection. He would not let me finish a sentence, cut me off repeatedly, and was extremely rude. He indicated that his friends tell him that masks might not work anyway. I don't pay people to be rude to me or to fail to take basic health precautions. The rudeness was extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing Dentist and staff! I switched here from a dentist I was with 30 years because of my anxiety issues going to the dentist - Dr Piazza and his staff have worked with me to make me feel comfortable taking extra time as needed and being kind at the same time! Fabulous clean and elegant office also!! Highly recommended especially to those with anxiety or panic attack issues !!!

Saw Dr Piazza today. As always a great visit. I had to have a new crown put on and he gave me all the information for me to make the decision. He has state of the art equipment so he was able to give me a new permanent crown within a half hour. Thank you for investing in us the patients. I have and will continue to recommend you for your professional and on going patient focus.
