I fly into Colorado to visit Dr Ornelas dentist yearly basis. He is the only dentist that I will allow to work on my teeth. He is fantastic, great demeanor, great staff. Thank you for all that you've done for me!

This office -- The Orchard Dental Group / the Orchard Town Center, Westminster -- has been fairly good up to this point. Today, for the first time, I declined their expensive 'extra' treatment. First, they gave me the 'hard sell' and then refused to clean my teeth because they said that 'if they were not permitted to do the extra treatment, then they could not do the work' (minor paraphrase). It took an HOUR to say no. Lame! I simply cannot afford their expensive extras, so was sent away.
