I feel like I will always have excellent care from Dr Muff. He is always kind, efficient and professional. I have seen a few dentists in town and he seems to be the perfect fit for our family!

Dr. Mike Muff is beyond stellar. I have had a long history of dentist phobia. From the very first appt. wirh him, he has never wavered in putting me completely at ease, doing any variety of treatments with complete comfort, and manages the appointments in a very compassionate way. He is the very best!!!

Choose this practice for insurance reasons. We’ve been pleasantly surprised by by our good fortune to have switched to Willow Creek Dentistry.

I was experiencing tooth sensitivity and was able to get in within a day. Turned out it wasn’t a cavity. (Yay!) Dr. Muff was very patient and informative, and answered all my questions. As always, the staff was friendly and efficient.

I’ve always experienced anxiety over visiting the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and I’m repeatedly worried the dentists and hygienist won’t listen to me and will just do their own thing, regardless of the pain. This is not the case with Dr. Mike Muff and staff. The team has been extremely sensitive to my needs. I can honestly say I’ve never been to a better dentist. Whether it’s for a new crown, a filling or a cleaning. They ease my anxiety and take steps to unsure the visit is painless.

Dr. Muff was able to see me the next day when I called with an unexpected emergency. He was able to fix the problem and it was not a painful or long ordeal. I am so grateful for the thorough work, detailed care, and timeliness. Thank you!

Started to receive work December of 2018 up until January of 2022. Major issues which the Muffs treatments. I sent them an email explaining my concern and how I’d like to keep visiting their office and hopefully they can change my mind about this outcome. I received a response which stated “ We appreciate the fact that coming to our office entails a lot of travel and expense on your part and have regarded our visits as very positive and effective.” then the next paragraph stated “ Upon review of the full circumstances surrounding your current dental status, your difficulty in getting to our office for treatment and follow-up, and your low regard for the services that we have provided, we have decided to end our professional relationship with you.” Quite confusing statements. The free dental treatments I have received through medi-cal free healthcare benefits have been more effective than the thousands of dollars spent at Willow Creek Dental in Chico, CA.

Was in the area for the month had some dental pain called early in the morning they found some time to see me that day. Every body that I was in contact with treated me like I was a long term patient. I was very happy with the Quality of service that I received. I would go back anytime.

Dr. Muff repaired a bottom front tooth that had cracked. I was nervous about getting the repair, but I could not be more pleased with the result. I now have a porcelain veneer that looks more beautiful than my original tooth. Dr. Muff is not only skilled, but made the experience as painless as possible. He, and the entire staff, was friendly and professional. Going forward, I will not be so nervous if I have another dental emergency.

Staff are thorough, kind, and answers all questions. Teeth feel great and they are not pushy when dealing with sales. They give you options.

Dr. Muff's office is nicely appointed. Each member of the staff with whom I interacted was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Muff went to great lengths to ensure the best possible outcome for my situation.

Office staff and my dental hygienist were fantastic today as usual. Only wish I had dental insurance right now, so I could once again see Dr. Muff for other things! Hopefully soon…

I do not like needles or dental work and the staff was patient and kind. Dr. Muff made me feel comfortable. The office has state of the art equipment and crowns are made in-house while you wait.
