5 star dentist
Dr McDougal is knowledgeable and provides excellent care. His front desk staff not so much. Also, Vanessa has an attitude if you don't follow the recommended add-ons to your cleaning or the laser treatments. I overheard a comment about how patients don't give her the credit deserved and that she went to school for a long time, however her opinion is disregarded. I wish she knew that ultimately the patient has the autonomy to decide to proceed or not following a recommendation. Autonomy is a very important part of medical and dental care and should be respected. It's unfair that I should be given an attitude for not shelling out more money. I hope some things will change or there are plenty of other offices where you get great care without the attitude.
