Incredible staff, always welcoming reception desk , Dr. Koumas…….kind, considerate and knowledgeable and demonstrates patient advocacy in conjunction with all his staff. All the staff there care about you as a person and patient. Make appointments around your needs. Never have to wait. Thank you to Joann for always going the extra step and Joe for his personal and caring way. The hygienists in the office are always educating and encouraging. Thank you to everyone and Dr. Koumas and his staff are the best in the Hudson Valley.

Taken on time (a most important part of any visit), the dental hygienist (Angela) was terrific. Over all, a great first time visit. The second visit was just a good, the work completed in the time estimated and perfectly done. Very happy I switched to Dr. Koumas.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Koumas for over a decade! He has been the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve seen in some time! My entire family goes to him and I heartily recommend him to all and sundry!

Not happy at all been dealing with upper side pain went numerous times Dr not able to figure out what’s wrong. Now I’m not able to eat on my side for couples days request an apt best they can do is 4:30 I work was not able to get their till 5 and closed Friday I had to go get care elsewhere

I have been going to this office for almost a year and was never told they were “out of network” on my insurance. Just discovered I was double billed on my insurance and cannot do anything about it. Billed 2x for the same treatment that I did not even decide to continue. Now I need additional work and have nothing left on my insurance for the year. Basically out for money, no bedside manner whatsoever. Would never recommend to anyone.

Before going to Dr. Koumas I was too afraid of the pain so I didn't see a dentist for at least 10 yrs. I now see my dentist every six months without fear! Everyone at the office is super helpful, kind & genuinely care about your smile as well as your well being! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Koumas & his wonderful staff to everyone I meet as well as family!!
