I was a patient of Dr. Koch for over twenty years. His expertise as a dentist is excellent. His people skills get a D-
This Dr. has the personality of a wet mop, and refuses to take any significant time to clearly explain the condition of teeth and the procedure he decides to perform. If you try to ask questions about possible procedures, don't expect Dr. Mop to be able to give you the personal attention you deserve.
