Dr. Michael Jones, DDS

The staff here are amazing! Today I saw Shawnee, the NP. She is so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend seeing her. Dr Jones himself is also an amazing dentist.

Visited Dr Michael B Jones for a routine cleaning in Sept-21. The Dentist did not even see me in person and then charged $72 for a 'Periodic oral evaluation' that I was told by Billing was for an oral evaluation by the Dentist. Apparently they charge $72 just to look at your dental Xrays! This charge was in addition to $125 for the cleaning, $90 for 4 bitewing xrays and $105 for 'additional diagnostic images' that the billing person couldn't explain what they were but just 'that they were needed. I had full mouth Xrays done in Nov 2019 at this very Dentist and since I have/had no dental issues except needing a cleaning I had the bitewings that were already charged at $90, so I can't imagine what these 3 extra images costing $105 were for and the staff couldn't explain the reasoning. The total bill for a routine cleaning came to $392!! Do not go to Dr Jones unless you want to get ripped off!Unethical charging and gouging going on by this Dentist.

Dr. Jones replaced a bridge because there was a small cavity on one of the teeth. He left the temporary cement in theecause it would not come loose and told me that it would be Ok to leave it in. I eventually had two root canals, gum surgery, as well as two bone grafts on the bridge. I was told by the root canal specialist that my problems were caused by the bridge not having a tight seal and because of that bacteria was able to get in and cause infection. I would not recommend this dentist

Saw Dr. Jones staff 3 times in the past month as a new patient for full mouth X-rays s and cleaning, saw Dr.Jones personally for initial oral examination and assessment. Three cavities were discovered and were fillledwithin two weeks. Today, I called his office At 7:30 am (opens at 7:00 am) to request that Dr. Jones exam thebackside surface of a lower molar that had a cavity on the frontside filled, I was given a 4:00 pm same day appointment! Dr. Jones , in my opinion, is an excellent dentist!

Dr. Jones is the best dentist I have had to date and he has a great team backing him up.
