The staff were kind and sweet. Dr. James was very nice and caring. He and his staff made sure that I was knowledgeable about my procedure. Dr. James and his staff made sure I was comfortable and checked on me often. I was given aftercare instructions and information. I was contacted the following morning after my visit to see how I was doing. I was told to call them if I had any questions and or concerns.

my visit at the dental office was unsurprisingly enjoyable not only was I greeted by two beautiful strong women, but the doctor was unexpectedly very engaging and pleasant. He gave great directions on what he was about to do and did I feel no pain I have yet to fill in even after the surgery, I went because I was recommended by another dental office because the procedure that had to be done was too difficult. James made it very pleasant very accommodating and left me feeling like I have found the new place. I’m happy for the service that I received if needed more I would definitely go there to the doctor recommended job well done

Awful experience
Terrible staff . AVOID this office completely . Unclean and disgusting environment. Infection control and professionalism is not a part of this offices vocabulary.

Felt care for
I had an consultation for a root canal. While there I was treated well. I felt cared for. I was asked if I was comfortable and if I needed a blanket. The doctor explained everything that he was going do, showed the x-rays and went over them in details as well as he had time for any questions. I was anxious and wanted to get the procedure done asap. While I was there a patient canceled and I was asked if I wanted that slot. I was happy to take it. The procedure was about an hour and for a root canal it was a great experience! I would recommend him to others and I already have

I can't recommend Dr. James highly enough. Excellent bedside manner. Takes his time and thoroughly explains everything and makes sure you understand. Dental assistant Blair was great and the ladies at the front desk are awesome. I don't know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, but they make it a not-unpleasant eexperience.

Awesome experience
Great bed side manner from him and his nurse. They both seemed very n sync. I liked that. I had a consult the first time and he explained what he saw on the x-ray very well. The next vist was a root canal through a cap just awesome. He has a lot of gadgets now so I’ll call him inspector gadget. His front desk explained my insurance with a smile explained all my options. They called me the next day to check on me. Thank you guys for everything.

Dr.James impressed me with his High quality of care and honesty. His gentle disposition and Compassion for his patients pours out in his painless procedures. The staff was incredible welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be using DR. MICHAEL JAMES for all my future endodontic needs.

My consultation went well but could not get them to call me back for scheduling the procedure I need. I have attempted to call multiple times per week for over a month and have left messages and reached out to them through the website as well.

Go somewhere else
When I arrived for a root canal, I was asked which tooth it was. I was there a few weeks prior for a consultation and it was determined then which tooth was causing the issue but it was not documented. This added to my anxiety about a new doctor, that I was not familiar with, performing a procedure I have never had. They placed a bite block in my mouth then also placed a dental dam. Both of these caused me to feel very claustrophobic. The doctor began trying to pry off the crown I just had placed a few months prior. He was pressing down hard on my lower jaw and the sound of him trying to get the instrument around the crown along with pressing against my lower jaw caused me to begin crying so the doctor stopped the procedure and stated I would need sedation. Yesterday, I went to my regular dentist to have the root canal and it was a quick, pleasant experience. I won't be recommending this endodontist or going back there.

I have had many many scary and painful experiences with dentists my entire life. It’s made me absolutely terrified of having work of any kind done on my teeth. The consequences of avoiding the dentist for years have finally caught up to me and I needed an endodontist. Dr James was so, so kind. He explained everything well and was not rushed. He made sure my teeth were numb, actually NUMB, before we started. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and for the empathy and compassion he showed.
