Completely Unprofessional – Do Not Trust This Office I never expected to leave a dentist’s office feeling more uncomfortable than when I arrived, but that’s exactly what happened here. The lack of professionalism was shocking, not just in the care provided, but in the way the dentist and staff conducted themselves. While waiting for my appointment, I could hear the dentist openly gossiping about other patients with the staff. They made inappropriate comments about people’s teeth, appearance, and even personal situations. It was beyond unprofessional—it was downright disrespectful. It made me wonder what they say about me when I’m not around. When it was finally my turn, the dentist seemed more interested in chatting with the staff than paying attention to my treatment. Everything felt rushed and careless, like I was just another name on the schedule. There was no real effort to make me feel comfortable or valued as a patient. If you’re looking for a dentist who respects your privacy and provides quality care, this is not the place. No one should have to question whether their medical provider is gossiping about them behind their back. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend finding a more professional and trustworthy office.
