Dr. Michael Hurd, DDS

I have been going here every 6 months for 10 years. But over the last year, the office staff is making this place unbearable. Jennifer is rude, hostile and talks down to you. I told them twice (once the day before and also the day of) that my son would be in a hurry and needed to get in and out as soon as possible due to a collge exam scheduled for that day. I tried to change the appointment, but they were going to charge me $50. so we kept the appointment and he should have had time to make the exam. However, a little over an hour later, just for a cleaning, he was still in the chair, waiting for the dentist to come. They did not listen at all. I do not think they value our time or care about us. When I tried to share this, I was treated extremely rudely. Honestly, Jennifer was so rude. I tried to take care of it over the phone, but she literally hung up on me THREE times-very childish/unprofessional. I am a long time patient, so I imagine how they would treat someone new.

This is how denistry should be. Dr. Hurd is compassionate and extremely competent . His staff are professional and courteous. I have recommended several family members and friends, and all love him as much as I do!

Dr. Hurd and his staff are all excellent! Great service at the front desk which continues to the back with everyone I've ever come in contact with. Never have been a fan of dentist appointments but I never dread seeing the team at Dr. Hurd's office!
