I unfortunately had a very negative experience with Dr Green's office today. I went in today for a tooth extraction. The visit went ok-ish. Dr Green attempted to extract my molar and had some difficulty that required refering me to an oral surgeon. All of that was fine. I dont fault Dr Green for being unable to extract my molar completely. Complcations unfortunately happen, it is what it is. But now I have essentially a broken tooth with an exposed nerve that is giving me alot of pain. It feels like electric shocks going through my jaw and face. And the oral surgeon that Dr Green referred me to isnt available for 5 more days. I call Dr Greens office and explaine the situation of severe pain and the 5 day wait. They told me to take some Tylenól and that they couldnt do anything else. So here I am after my visit in a state of pain where I can barely function and Dr Green's office seemingly doesn't care. Infact I requested to speek to Dr Green directly and he wouldn't even talk to me.

I've gone multiple times and was told I maxed out my dental insurance (to find out by another dentist that wasn't the case) so they received well over $2000 without using my insurance. I've been in constant pain for months and my concerns are not taken seriously. I've had multiple x-rays taken and had cavities missed (proven by other dentists that showed me my xrays). He talks down to his staff, overall terrible experience and months later I'm still in excruciating pain and trying to get it resolved.

We do I start? I went for cleaning..., he told me I need a fill $250, i’ll also need a root cannel treatment $300 + $700 once he opens it up. I went to my original dentist for a second opinion, after checkup + ex-ray told me my tooth have no cavities & I don’t need treatment!!

I used to be a patient there a few years back and decided to go back. No one there told me when I booked my appointment a few weeks ago that they no longer take Delta insurance. They also did not disclose this in the paperwork to let their clients know. I was finally advised of it after the services were done and I had to pay for my cleaning out of pocket. The check out rep proceeded to say that "maybe" I will get reimbursed. I will never go there again.

Thanks to this amazing Dentist offering an exam, Xrays, & cleaning on Groupon, I was able to afford to get my teeth cleaned without insurance. Thanks Dr. Green! Your office is very nice, clean and was easy to find. Your staff is amazing & the front office was very nice to me & was very flexible in dealing with my hectic schedule.

I like being able to get in and out quickly, but Dr. Green's bedside manner is awful. Definitely not a people person!

I've seen the quality of his services decline over 11 yrs. He doesn't explain procedures but leaves this all up to office staff. He became upset when I expressed a concern about previous work that left a gap between a crown and the adjacent tooth. Despite flossing 1X per day, the gum eroded over time. He planned to crown a healthy tooth now to fill the gap. He told me that the problem was my fault because I did not floss. When I reputed this, he became upset and 'fired' me and my family.

Dr. Green is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went there because I moved into the area. First he did his own cleaning. Then had a dental assistant do the polishing. During my exam he said 5 of my old silver fillings needed to be replaced. I found it hard to believe my former dentist had not said anything at my last vist. I allowed him to do three of them and 3 weeks later I cannot eat or drink without pain. I went back after a week and he said that is the way it is. It could months.
