Dr. Michael Gordon, DDS

Several years back, Dr. Gordon suggested a treatment plan that was complex and expensive. I requested to be informed of alternative plans for comparison, and asked for information on comparable benefits , disadvantages, and costs. He declined to discuss alternatives. Another dentist did present me with more than one option, and allowed me to choose the one which I felt would work best for me, which showed me that alternatives did exist. For others like me, who appreciate being informed and empowered to make their own health decisions that they believe will be in their own best interests, from my experience, I strongly suggest not consulting Dr. Gordon.

I had an appointment that was confirmed two and a half hours prior. I left work early, traffic was horrible, so I arrived nine minutes late, and they technician had left. Unbelievable. They blamed me for having canceled previous appointments due to life happening. Sorry, teeth cleaning doesn't come before my job, husband, children et all. They lost a client.
