Dr. Anderson and Dr. Freimuth both insist on taking x-rays every time I go for routine cleaning. I have repeatedly explained x-rays are covered every two years not every 6 months. I have two cleanings a year covered by insurance. I have been billed for unnecessary x-rays and consultation by Dr. Freimuth in the past. Pro Smile office is interested in making money. I will not be returning to this office.

I was lost and hopeless, then I met Dr. Freimuth and Bonnie . I can't explain the faith they gave me to keep on trying, now I feel like I have another chance to feel normal . This was live changing and Bonnie and Dr. Mike are Blessings.

Michael was very fast and friendly. He even remembered the trip I took almost 2 months ago! I am constantly surprised and overwhelmed at how friendly and professional everyone is at pro-smile, especially Michael. Best staff ever!

I cannot praise Dr Mike and his staff enough. His staff is always so friendly and professional. My kids are never afraid to go to the dentist because Dr Mike and his staff always take to time to be patient, kind and explain any procedure. My bite had been mis-diagnosed for years. Dr. Mike fixed my bite, and as a result, reduced my headaches. Dr Mike always takes the time to visit, explain the diagnosis and makes sure we are informed of all options. We couldn't be happier!!

Dr. Mike has straightened my teeth, whitened them with Phillips Zoom, addressed my jaw clenching, and provides my routine oral care. Dr. Mike is a perfectionist, which I really appreciate. He provides exceptional care for which I have referred my family and friends. Each hygienist I have had has been thorough and professional. I leave knowing my mouth is very clean. Not only is Dr. Mike great, the entire office is friendly and helpful from making appointments to reviewing my insurance.

I've been going to Dr. Mike since I was a child, and I have never wanted to go anywhere else for any sort of treatment (even when I lived out of state!). Him and his team are the best! They are honest, amazing at what they do and will provide the best care that they possibly can! I highly recommend them to anyone I know and will continue to do so!
