Highly Recommend
Had a consultation yesterday afternoon with Dr Foster and I just can not say enough great things about Dr Foster and every other employee I encountered during my visit. I have never been made to feel so comfortable by an entire staff of people. From the moment I walked in the door, my encounter with the front office personnel, very reasonable wait time, my encounter with Dr. Foster's assistant, my consultation with Dr Foster himself and the lady who assisted with my treatment plan, every single one of them were so very friendly, professional and made for a wonderful office atmosphere. I was so nervous going in but quickly found there was no reason to be at all. Very highly recommend Dr. Foster and the entire Kingsport office.

Dr. Foster is a wonderful dentist. He was very friendly an caring an listened to everything I told him. He didn't seem in a hurry. I highly recommend him. He extracted two teeth for me with sedation. I would definitely go back to him. All the staff were kind an friendly. Very positive experience from Dr. Foster an his staff. May God BlessYou All.
