They do not respect their patient's time. Two appointments in a row, they left me waiting way past my appointment time and I ended up leaving both times. The first time it happened, they apologized and said they understood and would do better in the future by letting me know they were running behind. Next appointment, the exact same thing happened. So obviously their first apology was nothing more than words. They've wasted my time twice. They are not getting a 3rd opportunity.

I've been seeing Dr Dyer for about 15 years. I've always had the best of care and haven't had any issues whatsoever. I have just lost my job and with it, my dental insurance. I was given two weeks notice. I had been putting off having a tooth that needed to be crowned for sometime and now that I was about lose my dental insurance I called to see if they could fit me in. I understand he is busy, but my circumstance were dire and being a patient of 15 years thought that maybe they would work to fit me in within the two week window in which I still had dental insurance. The answer was nope. Best we can do is put you on a wait list. Very, very disappointed.

I was seen by Dr. Dyer as a new patient for a urgent dental issue. Dr. Dyer was very kind and took care of my issue simply and quickly. In addition I found his staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. Overall I was very happy with my visit and highly recommend Dr. Dyer.

One of the best! Trained and knowledgeable on the specifics for anesthesia for Redheads. Very competent with friendly staff
